"My Sequences is getting turned off automatically." What should I do?

In this case, do the following checks:

  1. Make sure your mailbox has been set up properly. You can check it here by clicking on Errors Log
  2. If there is an issue with the syncing or sending, please delete your mailbox and create a new one again.
  3. If its One Click set up of Gmail or Outlook, make sure that you have enabled Salestools in the 3rd party app settings of your email provider.

TIP: If you have already two mailboxes and one of them is working, you can replace the working mailbox into the Sequence as displayed below:
